Introduction

Bosulif (bosutinib) is a medication used for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) in adults with the Philadelphia chromosome (Ph+).

It is used to treat adult patients with newly-diagnosed chronic phase Ph+ chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) or with chronic, accelerated, or blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.
