Product Introduction
Acalaside 100mg Capsule is an anticancer medicine containing acalabrutinib as the active ingredient. It belongs to the class of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors and is indicated for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). MCL, CLL, and SLL are malignancies of lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that forms part of the immune system. These conditions differ in the anatomical location of cancer development and the specific lymphocyte populations involved. Prior to commencing this medicine, inform your doctor of any recent surgical procedures, bleeding disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, active infection, pregnancy, or lactation status. Use is not recommended in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. This medicine may elevate the risk of bleeding. Patients receiving Acalaside 100mg Capsule require monitoring for bleeding manifestations and should refrain from concurrent use of other medications that increase bleeding risk, such as anticoagulants.
