Admatrone 500mg Tablet contains abiraterone acetate. It is used in adult men to treat prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. It is usually given with steroid medication to reduce the likelihood of side effects. When Admatrone 500mg Tablet is prescribed for early-stage disease, it is used alongside testosterone-lowering treatment. This medicine is not for use in women or children. Effective contraception must be used throughout treatment. This medicine contains lactose and sodium. Inform your doctor if you are lactose intolerant or following a salt-restricted diet. Inform your doctor if you have liver problems, high blood pressure, heart disorders, low blood potassium, diabetes, allergic conditions, or other diseases. The medicine should always be consumed as per the direction of your physician or pharmacist. The drug should be taken by mouth. It should not be taken with food. Swallow the tablets whole with water without breaking them. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and must not be eaten for at least 1 hour after taking the medicine. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not touch this medication without gloves.
