Product Introduction
Adstem 24mg Injection is an antineoplastic medication containing plerixafor. It is used for mobilisation of blood stem cells for collection, storage, and transplantation. It is also indicated in lymphoma (white blood cell cancer), multiple myeloma (plasma cell cancer of bone marrow), or solid tumours. Inform your doctor if you have or have had any cardiac disease. Before beginning treatment, notify your doctor if you have elevated white blood cell counts, low platelet counts, or a history of dizziness or fainting, particularly before injection. This medicine is not recommended for stem cell mobilisation in patients with leukaemia.

Collect blood stem cells Lymphoma and multiple myeloma in adults Lymphoma or solid tumors in children (aged between 1 to 18)
How it works
Adstem 24mg Injection works by blocking a protein called CXCR4 (chemokine receptor) on stem cells, which helps them move from the bone marrow into the bloodstream. By blocking CXCR4, Plerixafor causes the stem cells to be released into the bloodstream, where the stem cells can be collected and isolated using a machine and stored for transplantation.
How to Use
Adstem 24mg Injection is administered as a subcutaneous injection (under your skin). If this drug is recommended for you, it will be given by a doctor. Do not self-administer. Your doctor will choose the dosage and administration frequency based on the condition because it differs from person to person.
