Product Introduction

Alunbrig 180mg Tablet is an anticancer agent used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), containing the active ingredient Brigatinib. It belongs to a class of drugs called tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) that block abnormal proteins responsible for cancer cell growth. Alunbrig 180mg Tablet is prescribed for patients with ALK-positive (anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive) NSCLC who have shown disease progression or intolerance to previous ALK inhibitors. It helps prevent cancer cells from multiplying and spreading by targeting specific enzymes involved in tumour growth. This drug is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Brigatinib or its components. Stop use immediately if you experience allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty. If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or suspect pregnancy, do not take Alunbrig 180mg Tablet, as it may cause serious harm to the fetus. Similarly, do not use if you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed. Your doctor will assess your medical history and concurrent medicines to ensure safe use.

Uses

How it works

Brigatinib works by selectively inhibiting the activity of the ALK protein and other kinases involved in cancer cell proliferation. By blocking these enzymes, it helps prevent tumor cells from multiplying, spreading, and surviving, thereby slowing the progression of lung cancer.
