Product Introduction

Alzacox 60mg Tablet contains etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor indicated for management of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute pain including post-surgical pain, gout, chronic low back pain, dysmenorrhea, and ankylosing spondylitis. The medication works by selectively inhibiting the COX-2 enzyme responsible for prostaglandin production that drives pain, inflammation, and fever. By targeting COX-2 specifically, etoricoxib provides effective pain relief and reduces inflammation with lower risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects compared to traditional non-selective NSAIDs.

Before initiating treatment, inform your doctor of any existing medical conditions, particularly cardiovascular disease history, kidney or liver impairment, or gastrointestinal disorders. Adverse effects may include dizziness, headache, or gastrointestinal discomfort. Regular monitoring may be required for patients with certain health conditions, including hypertension or renal impairment.
