Product Introduction
Apritant 150mg Injection is used to treat nausea and vomiting. It is administered as an injection to control acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with cancer treatment, including high-dose cisplatin (highly emetogenic) and moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. Oral contraceptives may not work effectively during treatment with this injection. Concomitant administration of warfarin significantly alters blood clotting time, so monitoring of patients on chronic warfarin therapy is necessary before initiating this injection. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to the drug. The dosage regimen includes the concurrent use of oral dexamethasone in treatment.
