Arney 100mg Tablet

Arney 100mg Tablet contains two active ingredients, Sacubitril and Valsartan, and belongs to a class of cardiovascular medicines known as angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors (ARNIs). It is prescribed for the management of chronic heart failure in adults and is often used alongside other heart medications to reduce the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with certain forms of heart failure.

Do not take Arney 100mg Tablet if you are allergic to Sacubitril, Valsartan, or any of the other components of this medicine. This medication should also be avoided if you currently have or have previously experienced angioedema, a condition characterized by swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat that may cause breathing difficulties.

Patients with diabetes or impaired kidney function who are being treated with medicines containing Aliskiren should not use this tablet. Additionally, Arney 100mg Tablet is not recommended for individuals with severe liver disease, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.

Before starting treatment, inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, especially those used for heart-related conditions. Also, let your healthcare provider know if you have low blood pressure, severe kidney impairment, dehydration, liver problems, hallucinations, or sleep disturbances.

The most commonly reported side effects of Arney 100mg Tablet include low blood pressure (hypotension), elevated potassium levels in the blood, cough, dizziness, and kidney-related complications such as renal failure.

Sacubitril is a prodrug metabolized to the active metabolite, which inhibits neprilysin, thereby increasing levels of peptides (such as natriuretic peptides). It works to help control blood volume. Valsartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that selectively blocks the AT1 receptor and inhibits angiotensin-II-dependent aldosterone release. It works by blocking the action of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Your physician will decide the dose and duration of the treatment based on your disease severity and other factors. Swallow the tablets with a glass of water. You can take Arney 100mg Tablet with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablets.
