It should be used with caution in patients with renal insufficiency, pulmonary disease, cardiac insufficiency, electrolyte imbalances, and metabolic disorders involving impaired nitrogen utilisation. Close monitoring of kidney and heart function is important in older adults and children receiving Azumin Injection 500ml.
