Product Introduction

Carfican 60mg Injection is an anticancer medicine containing carfilzomib and is used to treat multiple myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells that accumulate in the bone marrow and damage bones and kidneys. The primary uses of Carfican 60mg Injection include reducing symptoms such as bone pain, fatigue, and anaemia, thereby improving quality of life, particularly when used in combination with other anticancer medicines. Carfican 60mg Injection pricing varies depending on the hospital or pharmacy; patients sourcing this medicine should verify it comes from licensed platforms. Like most chemotherapy medicines, Carfican 60mg Injection may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, fatigue, dehydration, and low blood cell counts, which is why patients are advised to maintain adequate hydration during treatment. Carfican 60mg Injection is an effective option for multiple myeloma, and for many patients, its benefits outweigh the potential risks when used under proper medical supervision.

How it works

Carfican 60mg Injection is a proteasome inhibitor, which means it works by blocking the action of proteasomes, the enzymes responsible for breaking down proteins in cells. By blocking proteasomes, this medication can prevent the growth and survival of cancer cells, ultimately leading to the death of cancer cells. This can help to slow or stop the progression of multiple myeloma and may improve survival rates for some patients.
