Do not use Casocan 70mg injection if you are allergic to Caspofungin Acetate or any component of the formulation. A dose adjustment of Caspofungin may be necessary if you have a history of liver disease. Inform your healthcare provider if you are taking cyclosporin, which is used to prevent organ transplant rejection or to suppress immune function, as additional blood monitoring may be required during treatment. This medicine should be avoided if you have uncontrolled bleeding or severe hepatic impairment. Notify your doctor if you have increased bleeding risk or have recently received injections or infusions of other anticoagulants such as heparin. Use in children under 18 years of age is not recommended. Inform your doctor before treatment if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, suspect you may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Report to your doctor any current or previous history of disease.
