Product Introduction
Celoclib 75mg Capsule is a targeted therapy containing palbociclib, a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor used in anticancer treatment. It is indicated for hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The medication is administered in combination with other anticancer agents.
Common side effects associated with Celoclib 75mg Capsule include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, tiredness, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nose bleed, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eye, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects occur or persist.
Prior to treatment initiation, inform your doctor if you have any history of infections (fever, chills, or sore throat), liver disorders, kidney disorders, or intolerance to certain sugars. Inform your healthcare provider of any known allergy to Celoclib 75mg Capsule or its ingredients. Disclose all medications you are taking, including supplements and herbal medicines, before commencing treatment.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience dry cough, chest pain, or difficulty breathing, as these may indicate lung inflammation.
Use effective contraception during treatment and for at least three weeks following the final dose. Celoclib 75mg Capsule is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age.
Uses
Treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
How it works
Celoclib 75mg Capsule works by blocking the protein called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, which are vital for the division and growth of cells. By blocking these proteins, this medication slows the growth and prevents the cancer cells from spreading.
How to Use
Take Celoclib 75mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medication once a day at the same time with food. Swallow this capsule as a whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the capsule.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Expert Tips
During Celoclib 75mg Capsule treatment, it is advised to avoid grapefruit and its juices and preparations containing St. John's wort. It is recommended to use effective birth control while receiving treatment as well as for at least three weeks after the final dose for females and at least fourteen weeks after the final dose for males. This medication may reduce fertility, so discuss with the physician if you have any concerns. Your doctor may recommend regular blood tests to determine whether Celoclib 75mg Capsule affects your blood cells.

Lungs: Consult your doctor It is not unknown whether Celoclib 75mg Capsule can be administered to patients with lung problems. consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
Breastfeeding: unsafe It is not recommended to take Celoclib 75mg Capsule while breastfeeding as it is not known whether it passes into the breast milk.
