It is indicated for hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The medication is administered in combination with other anticancer agents.

Common side effects associated with Celoclib 75mg Capsule include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, tiredness, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nose bleed, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eye, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects occur or persist.

Prior to treatment initiation, inform your doctor if you have any history of infections (fever, chills, or sore throat), liver disorders, kidney disorders, or intolerance to certain sugars. Take Celoclib 75mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medication once a day at the same time with food. Swallow this capsule as a whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the capsule.
