Celtax 30 mg Injection is an anticancer medicine used to treat breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome). Cancer is a condition where cells divide and grow rapidly in an uncontrolled manner. This injection may be administered alone or combined with other anticancer medicines. It should not be used in patients with severe liver problems, uncontrolled infection, or low white blood cell or platelet count. This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have heart disorders before starting this medicine. Administration of this injection can cause serious allergic reactions. Use effective birth control during treatment and for at least six months after the final dose. This injection may be harmful to patients with alcoholism, as this medicine contains alcohol.

Celtax 30 mg Injection binds to β-tubulin subunits of microtubules, interferes with interphase (a process involving cell growth) and mitotic functions (a process of cell division), and prevents the growth of cancer cells.

It will be given to you by a doctor or nurse. Do not self-administer. Your doctor will decide the dose and dosage of the Celtax 30 mg injection.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Serious: Serious allergic reactions (rash, swelling of face, lips, throat, or tongue, trouble breathing, and swallowing) Severe diarrhea Severe stomach pain Common: Anemia, feeling tired Hair loss Burning, tingling, or numbness in your feet or hands Muscle and joint pain Vomiting, nausea Mouth or lip sores Infections Swelling of hands, feet, and face Bleeding Irritation at the injection site Low blood pressure

Inform the doctor if the patient is allergic to this medication, liver, heart conditions, and other medication taken for different medical conditions before taking this medicine. Liver, blood pressure, and blood count should be monitored while taking this medication. Don't take this medication if the patient is planning for pregnancy or during pregnancy and in breastfeeding mothers, as it causes harmful effects on developing babies. Avoid driving and handling heavy machinery after taking this medication, as it can affect concentration and alertness.
