Product Introduction
Cirzole 1mg Tablet is an anticancer medication containing Anastrozole. It is classified as an aromatase inhibitor and is indicated for treatment of hormone-dependent breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Aromatase inhibitors work by reducing estrogen levels through inhibition of an enzyme in adipose tissue that converts other hormones to estrogen. This medication is used to delay recurrence of early-stage breast cancer. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, fever, itching, joint inflammation (arthritis), bone loss (osteoporosis), vaginal bleeding, hypersensitivity reactions, and joint, stomach, and kidney pain. Inform your doctor if you have an allergy to Anastrozole or any of its ingredients before commencing treatment. Notify your doctor if you are still menstruating and have not reached menopause, have osteoporosis, or have existing liver or kidney disease. If you are lactose intolerant, inform your doctor before taking this medication. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
