Ciscure 0.25mg Injection is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist containing cetrorelix. It is a hormonal agent used to treat female infertility, defined as the inability of a woman to conceive a child or carry a pregnancy to full term. This medicine helps synchronise the development of multiple follicles and ensures their retrieval during IVF procedures.

Ciscure 0.25mg Injection is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to cetrorelix or any component of the formulation. Inform your physician if you have kidney disease or liver disease, as special monitoring or dose adjustments may be required in these situations.

Ciscure 0.25mg Injection is often used alongside other medications to stimulate the ovaries as part of fertility treatment. The primary risk associated with this medicine is the development of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS), a condition characterised by ovarian enlargement and cyst formation. Contact your physician if you experience severe pelvic pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, or sudden weight gain, as these symptoms may indicate OHSS.

Report to your physician immediately if you experience severe allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing or wheezing, swelling, rash, itching, fever, and chills. This injection is not indicated for use in children.

Inform your physician about all other medications you are using, have recently used, or may use, as they may interact with Ciscure 0.25mg Injection. Use of this medicine in pregnant women and breastfeeding women is not recommended.
