Cleft 10mg Tablet is an antirheumatic medication belonging to the class of disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). It contains the active ingredient Leflunomide and is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the joints. It is also indicated for psoriatic arthritis, a form of inflammatory arthritis that occurs in some individuals with psoriasis. Psoriatic arthritis affects the joints and may cause pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduced range of motion.

Cleft 10mg Tablet is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to Leflunomide or any of its components. Before initiating treatment, inform your doctor if you have a history of interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, skin ulcers, unexplained chronic diarrhoea, liver problems, or kidney problems.
