Product Introduction

Clindalin 600mg is a lincosamide antibiotic containing clindamycin as its active ingredient. It treats certain serious bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial growth.

Do not use Clindalin 600mg if you are allergic to clindamycin, lincomycin, or any ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you have a history of antibiotic-related diarrhoea or stomach or intestinal issues while taking Clindalin 600mg. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop severe or prolonged diarrhoea, including bloody diarrhoea. Mention any allergies such as hay fever, asthma, or eczema, as well as kidney or liver problems to your doctor. Seek medical attention if you experience decreased urine output, fluid retention, swelling reactions, shortness of breath, or nausea.

How it works

Clindatec C 600mg injection works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, preventing the growth of bacteria. It is effective against gram-positive and anaerobic bacteria.

How to Use

Clindatec C 600mg injection will be administered to you by a healthcare professional in a hospital setting. It is usually administered in muscle or vein (intravenous). Your doctor will decide the dose, route of administration, and frequency based on your disease condition and other factors.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Serious Bloody diarrhea Severe allergic reaction (wheezing, difficulty breathing, dizziness, swelling of eyelids, face, tongue, rash) Blistering and peeling of the skin Small blisters filled with yellow/white fluid Yellowing of skin and eyes Bleeding Severe, persistent, or bloody diarrhea with stomach pain or fever. Skin rashes, blistering, or peeling of large areas of skin. Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). Decreased blood cell count may result in bruising, bleeding, or a weakened immune system. Cardiac arrest Fluid retention Common Inflammation of the veins (blood clot) Abnormal liver function Rash

Liver and kidney patients should take Clindatec C 600mg injection cautiously and inform their doctor about all the underlying medical conditions. Do not stop the medicine until your doctor advises. Do not double-dose the medicine to make up for a forgotten dose. Notify your doctor immediately if you experience severe, prolonged, or bloody diarrhea during or after using this injection, as it may be a sign of bowel inflammation (pseudomembranous colitis) that can occur weeks after antibiotic treatment. Do not breastfeed while taking Clindatec C 600mg injection. Notify your doctor if you experience any serious side effects. Your medical professional will inform you if you need any dose adjustments. Contact your doctor for more information. If you are scheduled for a surgical procedure or hospitalized, inform your doctor about your use of this medicine, as it may interact with certain medications and enhance their effects.
