Uses

Prevent Urinary tract infection (UTI)

How it works

The cranberry extract present in the tablet has antibacterial properties that helps to fight the bacteria and prevent the symptoms caused by UTI. It helps to balance the pH of the urine and reduce the discomfort during urination. The D-mannose present in the tablet helps to stop the bacterial growth by preventing the attachment to the urothelium (epithelium layer of the urinary tract). The Lacticaseibacillus Rhamnosus is a probiotic that helps to inhibit the growth of the bacteria in the urinary tract by creating some acid in the gut.

How to Use

To use Cramram tablets effectively, follow the guidelines or instructions given on the product packaging or as recommended by your doctor. Generally, it is advisable to take them with food to aid absorption. Read the label carefully to determine the recommended dosage and whether it should be taken once or thrice daily. Swallow these medications with a glass of water, and avoid crushing or chewing unless specifically instructed.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Cramram tablets are generally safe to consume and are not associated with significant side effects. However, consult your dietician if you experience any unfamiliar side effects.

Expert Tips

While Cramram tablets can be beneficial for individuals with certain health conditions, they should not replace a healthy diet. Focus on consuming vitamin C-rich foods such as strawberries, oranges, and potatoes, and drink plenty of water to alleviate UTI symptoms. It will help you to flush out the bacteria from the urinary tract. Consider specialized formulations for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or pediatric use. Inform healthcare providers about any underlying medical conditions or recent surgeries. Avoid combining multiple supplements without guidance to prevent exceeding safe nutrient levels. If you are considering taking this medication, consult with a healthcare provider to determine if they are necessary for your specific needs. They can guide you in selecting the right medication, dosage, and any potential interactions with medications or existing health conditions. Remember to follow the recommended dosage, store them properly, and seek professional guidance for personalized advice.
