Product Introduction

CTX GLS 500mg Injection contains cyclophosphamide, a chemotherapy medicine used to treat several types of cancer. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of abnormal cells. This medicine is prescribed for various malignancies, including malignant lymphomas such as Hodgkin's lymphoma, lymphocytic lymphoma, and mixed-cell lymphoma. It is also used to treat leukemia, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, and breast cancer. In children, it may also be used to manage Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome, a kidney disorder that causes excessive protein loss in the urine.

This injection should not be used during pregnancy or in patients with active infections, urinary tract infections, urinary outflow obstruction, or severe bone marrow disorders. Treatment with CTX GLS 500mg Injection may suppress the immune system and increase the risk of bone marrow suppression, heart toxicity, kidney damage, lung complications, and the development of secondary cancers. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, heart problems, or any condition affecting your immune system, as these may require close monitoring or dose adjustments.
