Product Introduction

Cutenox-G 300mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class. Its active ingredient is enoxaparin. It is used to treat severe blood clots and prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, and those with severe mobility restrictions. The injection also prevents further cardiac complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.

Cutenox-G 300mg Injection is contraindicated in patients with active bleeding, hypersensitivity or allergy to enoxaparin, and a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Before administration, inform your physician if you are allergic to enoxaparin sodium, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork products. Your healthcare provider will conduct regular monitoring for signs of bleeding. If you have kidney problems, notify your healthcare practitioner. Use is not recommended in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. The injection should not be used if you are undergoing procedures such as neuraxial anaesthesia or spinal puncture. Increased risk of bleeding warrants close monitoring in older adults and patients with low body weight. Inform your physician if you suspect pregnancy, are breastfeeding, or are planning to conceive. Cutenox-G 300mg Injection may increase the risk of bleeding in pregnant women and requires close monitoring. Do not take hemostatic drugs concurrently with enoxaparin sodium unless absolutely necessary. Inform your physician of all medications you are taking, including herbal and vitamin supplements.
