Cutenox-G 60mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class. It contains enoxaparin as its active ingredient and is used to treat severe blood clots. The injection also prevents deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, and in those with severe mobility restrictions. Cutenox-G 60mg Injection prevents further cardiac complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.

The medication is not recommended for patients with active bleeding, hypersensitivity, or allergy to enoxaparin, or those with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Inform your physician if you are allergic to enoxaparin, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork products. Your healthcare provider will conduct regular monitoring for signs of bleeding. Notify your healthcare practitioner if you have kidney problems. Use is not recommended in children and adolescents below 18 years. Cutenox-G 60mg Injection is contraindicated if you are undergoing procedures such as neuraxial anaesthesia or spinal puncture.

Increased monitoring is recommended in older adults and patients with low body weight due to elevated bleeding risk. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy. Cutenox-G 60mg Injection may increase bleeding risk in pregnant patients with artificial heart valves, requiring close monitoring. It is recommended not to take hemostatic drugs concurrently unless absolutely necessary. Inform your physician of all medications you are taking, including herbal and vitamin supplements.
