Product Introduction
Cyendiv 150mg capsule contains the active ingredient Nintedanib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is indicated for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease, and systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease.
Inform your doctor if you are taking blood thinning medications or have recently undergone surgery. Women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception during treatment and for three months after the final dose. Birth control pills may not be reliable during treatment; consult your doctor regarding contraceptive options.
Before starting treatment, inform your doctor of any existing medical conditions, including liver and heart problems. Your doctor may perform liver function tests at regular intervals during the first three months of treatment. Notify your doctor if you have a history of bleeding or blood clots (arterial thromboembolic events).
Cyendiv 150mg may cause hepatic impairment and embryo-fetal toxicity. Inform your doctor if you have underlying conditions that may be affected by these risks.
The most common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, skin ulcer, gastrointestinal perforation, altered liver function values, decreased appetite, headache, weight loss, and hypertension. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any side effects.

How it works
Cyendiv 150mg works by inhibiting receptor multiple tyrosine kinases (RTKs) enzyme that develops and progresses lung fibrosis (scarring). Inhibiting these enzymes reduces the development of fibrous tissue in the lungs.
How to Use
Take Cyendiv 150mg as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you based upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Do not stop taking this capsule unless your doctor advises you to stop.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Expert Tips
Inform your physician if you have bleeding problems, hypertension, heart problems or weak blood vessels. Inform your physician if you experience allergic reactions to Cyendiv 150mg. Notify your physician if you have recently undergone a surgery as this medicine affects the process of wound healing. Consult your physician and use an effective method of contraception while on this treatment and even after the treatment for three months. Abnormalities, such as dark or brown urine, bruises, bleeding than usual, or jaundice, must be notified immediately to your doctor. Avoid smoking while taking Cyendiv 150mg because it may reduce the effectiveness of the medicine.

Lungs: Consult your doctor Consult your doctor if you experience symptoms like pneumonia or any other lung-related condition while taking Cyendiv 150mg.
Breastfeeding: unsafe Taking Cyendiv 150mg while breastfeeding may be unsafe because it may affect the child. Therefore, talk with your doctor to get more information.
