Product Introduction

Dariten 15mg Tablet is a urinary antispasmodic agent belonging to the muscarinic receptor antagonist class, containing darifenacin as the active ingredient. It is indicated for treating symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB), a condition characterised by sudden, frequent, and uncontrollable urges to urinate, often accompanied by urinary frequency and urinary urgency. Patients with OAB may experience these symptoms even when the bladder is not full, resulting in a sense of urgency that can be difficult to manage.

Dariten 15mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to darifenacin or its components. Patients with certain medical conditions including ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, narrow-angle glaucoma, severe liver disease, or urinary retention should not use this medication. A complete medical history should be provided to your doctor to establish whether this medication is appropriate for you. This drug is not recommended during pregnancy and should be used with caution while breastfeeding. Grapefruit juice may interact with this medicine and affect its absorption. Concurrent consumption of grapefruit juice should be avoided during treatment with this medication.
