Product Introduction
Darovas 20mg tablet contains rosuvastatin, a statin and fibric acid derivative. It is used to treat high cholesterol and to prevent heart attacks and strokes. A low-cholesterol diet and regular exercise are recommended during treatment with this medication.
Do not take Darovas 20mg tablet if you are allergic to rosuvastatin or any other ingredients in the formulation. Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have kidney disease, liver disease, severe respiratory failure, thyroid disease, continuous muscle pain, or if you consume heavy amounts of alcohol regularly. Take this medication only as prescribed by your doctor.
Before beginning treatment, inform your doctor if you are taking or have taken fusidic acid within the last seven days for bacterial infection treatment. Also disclose to your doctor all antiviral medications you are taking, including those for HIV infection or hepatitis C infection.
This tablet contains lactose. Inform your doctor if you have lactose intolerance before starting treatment.
Do not take Darovas 20mg tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How it works
Darovas 20mg tablet works by reducing Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels. It works by slowing down cholesterol production, and lowering blood cholesterol levels.
How to Use
Take the Darovas 20mg tablet as your physician advises. Take medicine at the same time. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the tablet if your doctor advises you to stop.
