Product Introduction
Degrinta 80mg injection contains degarelix as its active ingredient. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is a malignancy that develops in the prostate, a gland in males that secretes seminal fluid. Cancer is characterised by uncontrolled and abnormal multiplication of cells. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop dizziness, fever, or signs of infection. During treatment, your doctor may conduct periodic monitoring of your blood pressure, blood sugar, electrolytes, cardiac function, liver function, and kidney function parameters to prevent serious complications. Inform your doctor if you have a history of cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease. Patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment should use this medicine with caution. Degrinta 80mg injection is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to degarelix or any product component. This medicine may impair fertility in males and females of reproductive potential. This injection is not recommended during pregnancy as it may harm the foetus and cause miscarriage. It is unknown whether this medicine is excreted in breast milk. Possible adverse effects associated with therapy include redness, swelling, and itching at the injection site. These effects are typically mild, self-limiting, and resolve within three days.
