Product Introduction

Dexolan 60mg Capsule is an antiulcer medication belonging to the class of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and contains dexlansoprazole as its active ingredient. It is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (a condition in which stomach acid and contents flow backward into the esophagus, causing heartburn, regurgitation, and difficulty swallowing), peptic ulcers, and other acid-related disorders. Contact your physician immediately if you experience allergies to this medication and its ingredients. Patients with severe liver problems may experience impaired liver function, which can affect how the body metabolises and eliminates Dexolan 60mg Capsule. In such situations, dosage adjustment or alternative treatment options may be necessary. Inform your physician if you have stomach problems, as dosage adjustment may be needed in these conditions. This medication should not be administered to children or adults under 18 years of age. Long-term use of this medicine may cause low magnesium levels in the body (hypomagnesemia). Symptoms of low magnesium levels include fatigue, muscle spasms or weakness, irregular heartbeat, and seizures. If you develop any of these symptoms, notify your doctor immediately. Discuss the use of Dexolan 60mg Capsule with your physician if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or are breastfeeding.
