Dobulon 250mg Injection

Categories: Cardiology

Conditions: Heart Disorder

Product Introduction

Dobulon 250mg injection contains dobutamine as its active component. Dobutamine is an inotropic agent that alters the force of heart contractions. It enhances cardiac function by improving the heart's pumping action, increasing blood circulation throughout the body, and dilating veins and arteries. It raises cardiac output in patients with impaired cardiac function to a comparable degree. Administration of Dobulon 250mg injection should be accompanied by continuous ECG and blood pressure monitoring. Additionally, pulmonary wedge pressure and cardiac output should be monitored whenever feasible to support safe and effective drug infusion in patients. Patients with abnormal thickening of the left ventricle (idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis) and those hypersensitive to the drug should inform their doctor prior to administration. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and patients with sensitivity to the medicine should notify their doctor before use.

Dobulon 250mg injection will be administered to you by a healthcare professional in a hospital setting. It is usually administered in a vein. Your doctor will decide the dose, route of administration, and frequency based on your disease condition and other factors.
