Product Introduction
Dobustat 250mg injection contains dobutamine as its active ingredient. Dobutamine is an inotropic agent that alters the force of heart contractions. It enhances cardiac function by improving the pumping action of the heart, increasing blood flow throughout the body, and dilating veins and arteries. It raises cardiac output in patients with impaired cardiac function to a comparable degree. Administration of Dobustat 250mg injection should be accompanied by continuous ECG and blood pressure monitoring. Additionally, pulmonary wedge pressure and cardiac output should be monitored whenever feasible to ensure safe and effective drug infusion in patients. Patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (abnormal thickening of the left ventricle) and those hypersensitive to the medicine should inform their doctor before administration. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and patients with sensitivity to the medication should inform their doctor before use.
