Product Introduction
Dotamin 250mg injection contains dobutamine, an inotropic agent that alters the force of cardiac contractions. It enhances cardiac function by improving the heart's pumping action, increasing blood flow throughout the body, and dilating veins and arteries. It raises cardiac output in patients with impaired cardiac function to a comparable degree. Administration of Dotamin 250mg injection should be accompanied by continuous ECG and blood pressure monitoring. Additionally, pulmonary wedge pressure and cardiac output should be monitored whenever possible to ensure safe and effective medicine infusion in patients. Patients with abnormal left ventricular thickening (idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis) and those hypersensitive to the drug should inform their doctor before the medicine is administered. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and patients sensitive to the medicine should inform their doctor before using it.
