Product Introduction
Dydrohope 10mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Dydrogesterone. It is used to regulate irregular menstrual cycles and to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual syndrome, and secondary amenorrhea. It is also used as hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women when estrogen therapy alone is contraindicated. In assisted reproductive techniques such as in vitro fertilisation (IVF), it is combined with other medications to support embryo implantation. It may be prescribed in cases of threatened miscarriage to help maintain pregnancy. Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to Dydrogesterone or any components of Dydrohope 10mg Tablet should not use this medication. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of thromboembolic disorders, including deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or cerebrovascular accidents. Patients with severe liver impairment should not use this medication as it may worsen the condition. Dydrohope 10mg Tablet should not be used in patients with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding until the underlying cause has been established. It is contraindicated in patients with known or suspected estrogen-dependent tumours such as certain types of breast or uterine cancer, Dubin-Johnson syndrome, or Rotor syndrome. Use in elderly patients is possible but caution is advised, particularly in those with liver impairment or a history of thromboembolic disorders. It is typically not indicated for use in children and adolescents.
