Product Introduction

Enclex 40mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class. It contains the active ingredient enoxaparin. The injection is used to treat severe blood clots and prevents deep vein thrombosis following abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, and in patients with severe mobility restrictions. It prevents further cardiac complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.

Enclex 40mg Injection is not recommended for patients with active bleeding, hypersensitivity, or allergies to the active component, and those with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Before taking Enclex 40mg Injection, inform your physician if you are allergic to enoxaparin, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork products. Your healthcare provider will monitor you regularly for signs of bleeding. Inform your healthcare practitioner if you have kidney problems. Use in children and adolescents below 18 years is not recommended. Enclex 40mg Injection is not recommended if you undergo procedures such as neuraxial anaesthesia or spinal puncture. Older adults and patients with low body weight require monitoring for increased bleeding risk. Inform your physician if you suspect pregnancy, are breastfeeding, or are planning to have a baby. Enclex 40mg Injection may increase the chance of bleeding in pregnant women with artificial heart valves; close monitoring is necessary in such cases.

Before starting Enclex 40mg Injection, inform your physician of all medications you are taking, including herbal and vitamin supplements. It is recommended not to take any haemostatic drugs unless absolutely necessary. Your physician should be informed about all relevant medical conditions before treatment begins.
