Product Introduction
Enuta 40mg capsule contains enzalutamide, an antineoplastic agent belonging to the class of androgen receptor inhibitors. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in patients who have not responded to surgical or hormonal treatments.
Do not take Enuta 40mg capsule if you are allergic to enzalutamide or any of its ingredients.
During treatment with Enuta 40mg capsule, your doctor may conduct periodic Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests. This blood test measures PSA levels, a protein produced by the prostate gland that can be elevated in patients with prostate cancer. PSA levels help monitor disease progression and treatment response. Your doctor may also order liver function tests and complete blood count (CBC) to prevent serious complications.
This medicine can cause seizures. Patients with a history of seizures should exercise caution when taking this medication.
Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during Enuta 40mg capsule treatment, as they can increase medication levels in the body.
Enuta 40mg capsule is not recommended during pregnancy, as it can cause harm to the unborn baby. The medicine also causes fertility issues. Inform your doctor of any fertility concerns before starting treatment.
Before beginning this treatment, tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby. Both men and women should follow appropriate contraceptive methods during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose of Enuta 40mg capsule.

How it works
It works by inhibiting the active form of testosterone, called dihydrotestosterone. It selectively blocks the androgen receptors and disrupts the translocation of signals from the receptor to the cell. Thus, the androgen hormone does not bind to the androgen receptors and these androgen receptors do not interact with DNA. This blocks the functioning of cancer cells and reduces its multiplication.

Enuta 40mg capsule causes skin dryness so it is advised to use an effective moisturiser for your skin. Ensure that you stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet. Store the drug in the original package at room temperature (25°C). Keep it out of reach from children and pets. It is important to get the dose at the scheduled time. If you missed the schedule, contact your doctor and reschedule the dose. Avoid driving or operating heavy machines if you experience dizziness, nausea or tiredness while on treatment with enuta 40mg capsule.

Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor It is not known if enuta 40mg capsule passes into your breast milk or if it will affect your baby or your breast milk. Talk to your doctor about the best way to feed your baby if you receive this drug.
