Product Introduction
Erlomax 150mg Tablet contains erlotinib, an anticancer medicine that is a tyrosine kinase receptor inhibitor. It is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), an advanced and spreading type of lung cancer. When used in combination with gemcitabine, a chemotherapeutic medicine, it is also used to treat pancreatic cancer. The medicine works by blocking the protein that increases cancer growth, known as epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR). Patients with cancer that has certain changes in the EGFR gene may respond to treatment with this medicine.
