Esomac HP kit tablet is an anti-ulcerant containing Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin + Esomeprazole. It is an antibiotic combination indicated for peptic ulcer disease caused by bacterial infection, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), reduction of the risk of NSAID-associated gastric ulcer, eradication of H. pylori to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence, and management of pathological hypersecretory conditions such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Do not take Esomac HP kit tablet if you are allergic to Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, Esomeprazole, or any ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor before use if you have kidney or liver disease. Long-term use may result in low magnesium levels (hypomagnesemia) and cyanocobalamin deficiency. Notify your doctor if you have any skin disease, as this medicine may cause cutaneous and systemic lupus erythematosus or worsen existing conditions during treatment. Avoid concurrent use with other medicines, particularly St. John's Wort or Rifampin. Patients with severe liver impairment may experience altered liver function affecting drug metabolism and elimination. In such cases, dose adjustment or alternative treatment options may be necessary.
