Product Introduction

Essential MCT Powder 400 g is a nutritional supplement that provides a fast and readily absorbable source of energy through medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Unlike long-chain fats, MCTs are rapidly transported to the liver and converted into ketones, which the body can use immediately for energy. This makes it suitable for athletes, individuals following ketogenic or low-carb diets, or those with digestive or fat absorption difficulties. The powdered form allows easy mixing into shakes, smoothies, or other beverages, enabling you to increase your daily energy intake without altering the taste of your meals.

How it works

Take one scoop (as per label instructions). Mix with 150–200 ml of water, milk, or any preferred beverage. Stir or blend until completely dissolved. Consume immediately after mixing. Begin with half a serving if you are new to MCTs, then gradually increase to full serving.
