Product Introduction
Estogel Gel 80gm manufactured by Intas contains estradiol as the active ingredient, belonging to vaginal Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Estogel Gel for HRT falls within the estrogen hormone category and shares identical properties with naturally occurring estrogen synthesized by women's ovaries. Estogel Gel is indicated for menopausal symptoms including vaginal atrophy. Estogel Gel 80gm addresses vaginal dryness and hot flashes, effectively managing dryness or irritation of the vagina in postmenopausal women. Apply Estogel Gel as directed by your doctor regarding dosage and administration. Do not use this medication if you are allergic to estradiol and its constituents. Avoid use if you have breast cancer, estrogen receptor-sensitive cancers, clotting disorders, blood clots in veins (lungs or legs), or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Do not use if you have history of heart attack, stroke, angina, abnormal liver function tests, or porphyria. The risk of gallbladder disease is elevated by estrogen intake. Discontinue use if you experience cholestatic jaundice, severe hypertriglyceridemia, severe hypercalcemia, or vision loss. Monitor patients receiving thyroid replacement treatment. Inform your doctor if you have vaginal bleeding, heart, kidney, lung or liver problems, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, or hearing disorders. Exercise caution if planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Estogel Gel 80gm pricing varies by location. Alternative preparations are available; consult your doctor before switching. Inform your healthcare provider about all medicines including herbal, vitamin, and over-the-counter medications.
Uses

How it works
Estogel Gel 80gm primarily acts by binding to estrogen receptors (ERs) present on the surface of target cells upon binding to its receptor, Estogel Gel 80gm induces a conformational change in the receptor, leading to its activation. Estogel Gel 80gm replaces estrogen (female sex hormone) and prevents the symptoms of menopause, like vaginal irritation or dryness.
