Product Introduction

Etoshine 60mg Tablet contains etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor indicated for the management of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute pain including post-surgical pain, gout, chronic low back pain, dysmenorrhea, and ankylosing spondylitis. The medication works by selectively inhibiting the COX-2 enzyme responsible for prostaglandin production, which mediates pain, inflammation, and fever. Through selective COX-2 inhibition, etoricoxib provides analgesia and reduces inflammation with a lower gastrointestinal side-effect profile compared to traditional non-selective NSAIDs. Patients should inform their doctor of existing medical conditions prior to treatment initiation, particularly those with cardiovascular disease history, kidney or liver dysfunction, or gastrointestinal disorders. Side effects may include dizziness, headache, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Regular monitoring is recommended for patients with certain health conditions, including those with elevated blood pressure or renal impairment.

Uses

Uses of Etoshine 60mg Tablet are: Treatment of osteoarthritis to reduce pain and improve joint function. Management of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, including pain and inflammation. Relief from acute pain, such as post-surgical pain or injury-related discomfort. Effective treatment for gout flare-ups by reducing pain and inflammation. Alleviation of chronic low back pain. Management of dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) to reduce menstrual cramps.

How it works

Etoshine 60mg Tablet actively inhibits the COX-2 enzyme, reducing the production of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.
