Product Introduction
Eubet Tablet contains labetalol as its active ingredient. It is indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure and can be used in patients with high blood pressure during pregnancy and in those with angina (chest pain). Untreated high blood pressure may damage blood vessels and lead to kidney failure, myocardial infarction, blindness, or stroke.
Before commencing Eubet Tablet, inform your physician if you have heart problems, circulatory diseases, tumours, liver disorders, kidney disorders, or chest pain at rest. Notify your physician that you are receiving treatment with Eubet Tablet prior to undergoing any surgical or diagnostic procedures. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment with this medicine. This tablet contains lactose. Inform your physician if you have an intolerance to sugars before beginning treatment.

Labetalol Tablet is used in the treatment of the following: High blood pressure High blood pressure in patients with angina (chest pain) High blood pressure during pregnancy
How it works
Eubet Tablet slows down the heartbeat and widens the arteries (blood vessels) in the body. This lowers the blood pressure rapidly.
How to Use
Always take Eubet Tablet exactly as your physician has prescribed you. Swallow the tablets with water as a whole. Do not crush or chew the tablets. This medicine has to be taken with food.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Serious side effects of the following: Swelling of the face, throat, or tongue, difficulty breathing, rash or itching Common side effects of the following: Headache, dizziness Tiredness Stuffy nose Tingling of the scalp Urination difficulties Not being able to ejaculate Vomiting, nausea
Expert Tips
Eubet tablets can cause a drop in blood pressure when changing positions (orthostatic hypotension), leading to dizziness or lightheadedness. To minimise this, rise slowly from lying down or sitting positions. Along with medication, lifestyle modifications can help manage blood pressure. These may include maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, managing stress, limiting alcohol consumption, and avoiding tobacco products.

Pregnancy: Consult your doctor Eubet Tablet is not recommended during the 1st three months of pregnancy unless your physician thinks the benefits outweigh the risks. You need to tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking Eubet Tablet.
Lungs: Consult your doctor Eubet Tablets should be cautiously used in patients with severe lung diseases. Dose adjustments are necessary. Inform your physician if you have lung problems before initiating the therapy.
Breastfeeding: unsafe This medication is not recommended for breastfeeding women. You need to tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking Eubet Tablet.
