Product Introduction
Exhep 40mg Injection contains Enoxaparin, an anticoagulant that belongs to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class of medicines. It is used to prevent and treat blood clots, helping reduce the risk of serious complications such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). By preventing clot formation, Exhep 40mg Injection supports healthy blood flow and lowers the risk of life-threatening cardiovascular events.
Exhep 40mg Injection is commonly prescribed to prevent DVT in patients undergoing major surgeries, including abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, and knee replacement surgery. It is also recommended for individuals who are bedridden or have limited mobility for extended periods, as they are at a higher risk of developing blood clots.
In addition, Exhep 40mg Injection is used in the management of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including unstable angina and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). It helps reduce the risk of further heart-related complications by preventing the formation and growth of harmful blood clots.
The dosage of Exhep 40mg Injection should always be determined by a qualified healthcare professional based on the patient's medical condition, body weight, and treatment requirements. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have a history of bleeding disorders, kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure, stomach ulcers, or recent surgery, as these conditions may require special monitoring.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before using Exhep 40mg Injection to ensure it is appropriate for your condition. Always use this medicine exactly as prescribed and do not discontinue treatment without medical advice, as doing so may increase the risk of blood clot formation.
