Fenemor ER 300mg Tablet is a broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic containing Faropenem as its active ingredient. It is prescribed to treat various bacterial infections such as those of the lungs, urinary tract, skin, and female reproductive organs. The medication is contraindicated in individuals with known allergies to Fenemor ER 300 or its components. If rash or skin reactions occur, discontinue the medicine and seek medical advice immediately. For patients with kidney impairment, Fenemor ER dosage may require adjustment to avoid drug accumulation and side effects. Patients with poor nutritional intake may develop vitamin K deficiency symptoms, requiring close monitoring.
