Product Introduction

Fesobig 8 tablet contains fesoterodine fumarate, an antimuscarinic agent. It is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, including urgency incontinence, sudden urination urges, and increased urinary frequency.

This medicine is not recommended for children under 18 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have intolerance to lactose or fructose.

Do not take Fesobig 8 tablet if you have:

- Allergy to fesoterodine or fructose

- Inability to empty your bladder (urinary retention)

- Slow stomach emptying (gastric retention)

- Narrow-angle glaucoma

- Excessive muscle weakness

- Severe ulcerative colitis

- Abnormally enlarged colon

Avoid this medicine if you are taking specific medications for HIV, depression, fungal or bacterial infections. Do not use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Before taking Fesobig 8 tablet, inform your doctor if you have:

- Difficulty emptying your bladder

- Decreased bowel movements or severe constipation

- Narrow-angle glaucoma

- Serious kidney or liver problems

- Autonomic neuropathy

- Gastrointestinal disease affecting food passage or digestion

- Heartburn or belching

- Urinary tract infection

Your doctor may adjust your dose or prescribe additional medications based on your condition.

Also inform your doctor if you have any heart conditions, including abnormal ECG (QT prolongation), slow heart rate (bradycardia), myocardial ischemia, irregular heartbeat, heart failure, or hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood). Notify your doctor if you are taking medications that may cause QT prolongation.

Uses

Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms. Helps to control uncontrollable bladder emptying (urgency incontinence). Reduces sudden urges to urinate. Reduces frequent urination.

How it works

Fesobig 8gm tablet belongs to a group of medications known as antimuscarinics. Its mechanism of action involves relaxing the bladder muscles to prevent involuntary and frequent urination. This helps alleviate symptoms of urgency, frequency, and uncontrolled urination.

How to Use

Take the Fesobig 8gm tablet as your physician advises. Usually, the tablets will be taken with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the tablet if your doctor advises you to stop.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.
