Product Introduction

Fospritant 150mg Injection is indicated for the management of nausea and vomiting. It is commonly used to control acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with cancer treatment, including high-dose cisplatin (highly emetogenic chemotherapy) and moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. Oral contraceptives may demonstrate reduced efficacy during treatment with Fospritant 150mg Injection. Concomitant administration with warfarin significantly alters blood clotting time; monitoring of patients on chronic warfarin therapy is necessary prior to initiating Fospritant 150mg Injection. The medication is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to the drug. The dosage regimen includes concurrent use of oral dexamethasone. Patients should inform their physician of any existing medical conditions. Patients should inform their doctor if they are receiving warfarin therapy or contraceptive medication.
