Product Introduction

Fostant 150mg Injection contains the active ingredient Fosaprepitant Dimeglumine. It is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting. It is commonly used to control acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy, including high-dose cisplatin (highly emetogenic chemotherapy) and moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy regimens. Oral contraceptives may be less effective during treatment with Fostant 150mg Injection. Concomitant use with warfarin significantly alters blood clotting parameters; patients on chronic warfarin therapy require monitoring before initiating Fostant 150mg Injection. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to fosaprepitant dimeglumine or any excipient. The treatment regimen includes concurrent oral dexamethasone administration. Inform your physician of any existing medical conditions. Inform your doctor if you are currently taking warfarin or oral contraceptive medication.
