Product Introduction
Fresubin LP Powder is a low-electrolyte, high-energy, protein-restricted dietary formula for the dietary management of patients with chronic renal disease receiving conservative treatment. It contains milk powder, whey protein concentrates as a protein source, various vitamins and minerals, and low levels of electrolytes. In chronic kidney disease, protein metabolism increases the workload on the kidneys to eliminate protein waste, which may accelerate deterioration. A lower protein diet is advised for patients with kidney disease not receiving dialysis. This supplement contains reduced phosphorus and potassium levels, making it suitable for patients with renal impairment. This product may contain milk and soy. Use is not recommended for patients with documented milk or soy allergy. Use in children below 5 years is not recommended. No common side effects are associated with this product. If any symptoms occur, contact your doctor.
Uses
