Product Introduction
Furmecil 15mg Capsule is a combination chemotherapy medication containing the active constituents Tegafur, Gimeracil, and Oteracil. The combination chemotherapy treatment known as S-1 is indicated for the treatment of gastric, colorectal, breast, and pancreatic cancers. This capsule is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age and may be administered as monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer drugs. It is important to inform your healthcare provider if you have severe blood disorders, kidney disorders, viral infections, or if you have a known DPD (enzyme dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase) deficiency. Furmecil 15mg Capsule contains lactose. If you have an intolerance to sugars, you should inform your physician. Effective contraceptive measures should be used during therapy and for at least 6 months after the last dose.
