Product Introduction

Gluci Injection 10ml contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Calcium Lactobionate as active ingredients. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is a broad-spectrum antiseptic effective against a range of bacteria and fungi, while Calcium Lactobionate supports tissue repair by replenishing essential calcium ions important for cellular function and healing.

Gluci Injection 10ml is indicated for prevention of infection in minor cuts, wounds, burns, and surgical sites. It is also used in pre-surgical skin preparation and to support wound healing in dental and surgical applications. The combination of Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Calcium Lactobionate provides antimicrobial protection while promoting faster recovery and tissue regeneration.

Do not use Gluci Injection if allergic to Chlorhexidine or any other ingredients in this product. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have a history of renal impairment, as caution should be exercised when administering Calcium Lactobionate in such cases. Avoid using Gluci Injection in combination with anionic surfactants, as they may reduce the efficacy of Chlorhexidine.

If you experience mild skin irritation, burning sensation, or gastrointestinal discomfort, inform your healthcare provider. In case of severe reactions, including difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or throat, discontinue use and seek emergency medical help.

Uses

The Gluci Injection uses are: Prevention of infection in minor cuts, wounds, and burns Management of gingivitis and plaque when used as an oral rinse Antiseptic for pre-surgical skin preparation Calcium supplementation to address deficiency in clinical settings Support for wound healing in dental and surgical applications

How it works

Gluci Injection 10ml works by disrupting the bacterial cell membrane through Chlorhexidine, causing leakage of cellular contents and leading to cell death. Chlorhexidine binds to negatively charged bacterial cell walls, inhibiting enzyme activity and disrupting the osmotic balance. Calcium Lactobionate supports the process by providing bioavailable calcium ions, which are crucial for cellular function, tissue repair, and bone strength. Together, these components create a synergistic effect that prevents microbial growth and promotes faster healing.

How to Use

Gluci Injection 10ml is administered intravenously for the treatment of calcium deficiency and to provide antimicrobial protection. The dosage is adjusted based on the patient's specific needs, with healthcare providers monitoring calcium levels during administration to ensure safety and effectiveness. Do not self-administer; always consult a healthcare provider for proper usage.
