Product Introduction
Glugon 1mg Injection is a glycogenolytic medication classified as a glucose-elevating agent, containing the active ingredient Glucagon. It is used when patients with diabetes become unconscious due to severe hypoglycaemia. This medication is administered when the patient is unable to consume sugar orally. Inform your physician immediately if you experience allergies to this drug or its ingredients. Glugon 1mg Injection should not be used if you have a tumour in your adrenal gland. Certain medical conditions may interact with the effects of this drug, and use in these situations may not be safe. Before starting treatment, inform your physician if you are fasting. This drug may not work effectively if you have fasted for an extended period, as the body's glycogen stores (a source of glucose) may be depleted during prolonged fasting. Notify your physician if your low blood sugar is due to excessive alcohol consumption and low adrenaline levels. These conditions can affect the drug's effectiveness and reduce the response. Administering Glugon 1mg Injection in these situations should be discussed with your physician. You may use this drug if you experience severe hypoglycaemia during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

How it works

Expert Tips
Maintain a record of Glugon 1mg Injection administrations, including the date, time, and circumstances. This information can be valuable for both the patient and healthcare providers in managing diabetes. Check the expiration date regularly to ensure that the drug is still effective. Replace it if it has expired. Avoid exposing the drug to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
