Product Introduction

Glutahenz Sachet contains the active ingredient L-glutamine. It is a nutritional supplement that belongs to the class of medications called amino acids. It is used to reduce acute complications, such as painful episodes (crises) of sickle cell disease (an inherited blood disorder in which the red blood cell is abnormally shaped and cannot deliver sufficient oxygen to all parts of the body). This medicine is also used to treat nutritional deficiencies in certain diseases. It may assist in building muscle mass, improving exercise performance, improving digestion, and enhancing immune function. L-glutamine sachet helps patients with cancer reduce chemotherapy-induced side effects, such as mouth sores and gut discomfort, by supporting intestinal health and promoting faster recovery. L-glutamine sachet supports gut health and recovery, while also serving as a supplement to aid healing in patients with trauma and burn injuries by promoting tissue repair and maintaining intestinal integrity. Do not take Glutahenz Sachet if you are allergic to L-glutamine or any of the other ingredients in the medicine. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems before starting treatment. This medicine is not recommended in children younger than 2 years of age. Do not take this medicine if you have end-stage liver or kidney failure where protein intake is restricted. Glutamine in this medicine helps improve immunity, regulate bowel function, and assist in weight management. The most common side effects are constipation, nausea, headache, abdominal pain, cough, pain in the extremities, back pain, and chest pain.

How it works

Glutahenz Sachet is a non-essential amino acid, and it is an important neurotransmitter that is required for proper growth function. Sickle cells can uptake this free glutamine and use it to produce antioxidant substances. These antioxidants can help neutralize the oxidative stress in sickle cells. It also helps maintain the barrier between the intestines and the rest of your body and aids with the proper growth of intestinal cells.

Side Effects
