Product Introduction
Graviparin 300mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class. It contains Enoxaparin as the active ingredient. The medication is used to treat severe blood clots and prevents deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, and in those with severe movement restrictions. In patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction, this injection helps prevent further cardiac complications.
Graviparin 300mg Injection is not recommended for patients with active bleeding, hypersensitivity, or allergies to the active compound, or those with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Before administration, inform your physician if you have allergies to Enoxaparin, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork products. Your healthcare provider will monitor you regularly for signs of bleeding. Report any kidney problems to your healthcare practitioner. Use is not recommended in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. The injection is contraindicated if you require neuraxial anaesthesia or spinal puncture procedures. Increased monitoring for bleeding risk is recommended in older adults and patients with low body weight. Inform your physician if you suspect pregnancy, are breastfeeding, or are planning pregnancy. Graviparin 300mg Injection may increase bleeding risk in pregnant women with artificial heart valves, requiring close monitoring. Haemostatic drugs should not be taken unless absolutely necessary. Inform your physician about all medications you are taking, including herbal and vitamin supplements.
