Product Introduction

Hafoguard Cream is a dermatological moisturising formulation enriched with two effective skin-hydrating ingredients, Urea and Pentavitin. It is commonly used to relieve dry, rough, itchy, and irritated skin associated with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis, and xerosis. Urea acts as a natural moisturising factor (NMF), helping to soften the skin and gently remove dead skin cells, while Pentavitin, a plant-derived hydrating ingredient, binds to the skin and delivers long-lasting moisture for up to 72 hours.

This cream helps restore the skin's natural protective barrier, making it especially beneficial for individuals with persistent skin dryness or sensitivity caused by environmental factors, frequent hand washing, or dermatological treatments such as retinoids. Hafoguard Cream is well suited for people living in dry or polluted climates, as it provides deep hydration without leaving a greasy residue. It is suitable for daily use and can be applied to sensitive areas, including the face, arms, and legs. The formulation is free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances, making it gentle on the skin. Consult a dermatologist before using this cream if you have broken skin, deep cracks, or active skin infections.

Uses

It is commonly used in the treatment and management of: Dry and rough skin Eczema and psoriasis Keratosis pilaris Calluses and cracked heels Ichthyosis (a condition causing scaly skin) As an adjunct in diabetic foot care to prevent dryness and ulcers

How it works

Hafoguard Cream works through a dual mechanism: Urea: Acts as a keratolytic and humectant. It exfoliates dead skin cells and draws moisture into the skin. Pentavitin: Binds to skin’s natural keratin and creates a moisture reservoir that keeps skin hydrated even after washing. This combination improves skin elasticity, restores the natural barrier, and reduces water loss, making it highly effective for conditions associated with severe dryness.
